We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The tent must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your tents waterproof?
Yes. All Campvera tents feature waterproof rainfly and sealed seams to keep you dry even in heavy rain.
6. How easy are the tents to set up?
Most models are designed for quick and easy setup — many can be pitched in under 10 minutes by one or two people.
7. Are they suitable for different seasons?
We offer 3-season and 4-season tents. Please check the product description to choose the best option for your camping conditions.
8. What sizes do you offer?
We have tents for 1–2 people (backpacking), 4-person family tents, and larger 6–10 person group tents. Exact capacity and floor dimensions are listed on each product page.
9. Are the tents durable?
Yes. They use strong fiberglass or aluminum poles, rip-resistant fabrics, and reinforced stress points for long-lasting performance.
10. Do the tents have good ventilation?
Yes. Most models include large mesh windows and roof vents to promote airflow and reduce condensation.
11. Are the tents suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our tents are designed with simple setup instructions ideal for first-time campers.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?

14. What if my tent arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
